Refund & Returns Policy


We only accept returns if an incorrect or expired product was shipped to you or the shipped product got damaged in transit. In these scenarios, please contact our customer service department who after confirmation will arrange for an alternative product to be shipped or will confirm a refund.

We will send you a confirmation once a replacement has been shipped out or a refund has been issued.


All valid refund requests will be authorized and issued within 7 days by us, the merchant.

The refund will be released instantly but it may take up to 30 days for the funds to reflect into your card because it depends on the credit card issuing bank and the payment processing company. This website is not responsible or liable for any inconvenience caused due to such delays.
